New homebrew label. Red Stool, Imperial Stout.
This label was inspired by my travels through Vietnam, where outdoor restaurants and bars are filled with brightly coloured, kid-sized plastic stools. They come in one size, small, and in bold blues, yellows, greens and my favourite, red. Simple, practical, and full of character.
With winter setting in, it felt like the perfect time to get brewing again. This imperial stout is rich, mellow, and warming.
Exactly the kind of beer you want when the evenings get darker and colder.
It was also a great excuse to slow down, get creative, and design a label to wrap around these flip-top bottles. Brewing and design feel like a good pairing. Both reward patience, experimentation, and a bit of curiosity.
